It can take your team through the idyllic recreation areas of the Stadtpark Uerdingen or along the Ostwall, Krefeld’s grand boulevard in the city centre. You might even manage both! Wherever it takes you, original team tasks and puzzles specific to the city are already waiting for you. If you feel more at home by the water, the Elfrather See is the ideal venue. In summer especially, this picturesque recreation park makes a great backdrop for sporty team competitions and distinctive water sports activities. Our raft-building event combines creativity, teamwork and competition: working in several groups, your team builds rafts that float and designs its own pirate flag, before the groups race each other in an action-packed regatta. At the dragon boat festival you don’t have to worry about the building, but you’re welcome to design your own dragon head and flag. With room for up to 20 paddlers per boat, the big team regatta makes a grand finale!
The Mercure Tagungs- und Landhotel Krefeld is a good fit for corporate events and conferences. With 20 flexible event rooms for up to 300 people and state-of-the-art technology, a wide range of events is possible. Luxurious rooms are available for corporate events lasting several days, while the ‘Augenblick’ restaurant and the ‘Treffpunkt’ bar serve up culinary treats.
