Activities that complement your event have a clear purpose: to wake everyone up after a long conference session, help everyone move together from one part of the event to the next, liven up a company party or get guests involved at a drop-in activity station. For that, the purpose and the time slot need to be settled before you choose an activity.
Short team challenges, quizzes, creative tasks or mobile activity stations can fit into your programme in different ways, depending on the venue and group size. from €129Sightseeing on Segways: after a safety briefing and a test ride, you set off through town in your helmet, with puzzles, a cone course and tasks you have to dismount for along the way. At the finish, everyone gets a Segway diploma.

Depending on your aim, short team challenges, quizzes, creative tasks, mobile stations or hosted group activities all work. What matters is that duration, participation and energy level suit the event.
That depends on your agenda and what the activity is for. A short energiser needs less time than a full team activity. You also need to allow for the briefing, changeovers between groups and transitions.
Yes. It can be built in as an active break, a transition between sessions or a shared activity to round things off, for example. Where it sits in the agenda decides which activity makes sense.
Activities with a clearly defined duration, an introduction that’s easy to understand and flexibility over how they fit into the programme are particularly suitable. At larger events, space, how groups are organised and other parts of the programme running at the same time need particularly careful planning.
Some activities can be set up as a station that guests use if they wish. How guests move through the activity, supervision, space requirements and the expected number of people taking part at the same time are agreed in advance.
Both are possible. It depends on the venue, the time of year, the risk of bad weather, the space available and how the activity fits into the rest of the schedule.
Capacity depends on the chosen activity and how it is organised. Larger groups can, for example, take part at the same time, at activity stations or one group after another, as long as time and space allow.
We need the occasion, who will be attending, number of participants, venue, available space, preferred time slot and the rest of your agenda. Details on technical equipment, catering and fixed times for changing the room layout or event set-up also help.
