How do I book a team event with you?
It’s simple: Contact us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a customized quote. Once you’ve decided on your team event, we’ll handle all the planning and execution—of course, in close consultation with you throughout the process.
How quickly can you organize a team event?
We can generally organize team events on short notice—in many cases, even within a few days. The sooner you contact us, the wider the selection of dates and event formats will be. However, thanks to our experience and well-established processes, we can often find a suitable solution even for last-minute requests.
How do you go about planning a team event?
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll first discuss your goals, requirements, and preferences. We’ll then provide you with suitable event suggestions. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll handle all the planning and organization—so you can sit back, relax, and look forward to your team event.
What information do you need for my individual event offer?
So that we can plan your event optimally, we need:
- The expected number of participants

How much does a team event cost with you?
The cost of a team event depends on factors such as group size, event format, and location. Team events typically range from €35 to €129 per person. You can find an initial price estimate for each event on our website. For an exact calculation, we would be happy to provide you with a customized, no-obligation quote.
Are there any additional costs we need to expect?
All services are clearly discussed with you in advance—there are no hidden costs with us. In addition to the cost of the team-building event itself, there are concept development and logistics fees based on the scope of work. Depending on the event, optional extras such as prizes for the winners, event technology, or a photo booth can be added to your booking.
Can you also organize catering, transfers and hotels?
We are also happy to organize additional services such as catering, transfers and overnight stays on request. Please let us know your wishes and plans in this regard.

Our team events are flexible and scalable, and are suitable for groups ranging from about 20 to over 1,000 people. Together, we’ll find the right format for your team size and objectives.
We're a small team—is a team-building event still worth it?
Smaller teams are also welcome to book a team event with us. Since our events are designed to accommodate groups, the minimum number of participants is usually around 20. Feel free to contact us—we’ll find the right solution for your team.
Can you also organize very large team events with over 1,000 people?
Yes, we can also organize team events with over 1,000 participants. We pay special attention to finding suitable venues, scalable event formats, and ensuring smooth organization. Given the size of the event, we recommend planning well in advance.
How long does a team event usually last?
The duration of a team-building event varies depending on the format. Many events last between 1.5 and 3 hours, but half-day or full-day event formats are also available. We tailor the duration to your specific needs.
What happens in bad weather?
Our team events are weather-proof. If it rains, we’ll provide pavilions and optional rain ponchos to ensure your event can go ahead as planned. In case of inclement weather, we naturally offer suitable indoor alternatives.
In which cities do you offer team events?
We offer our team events throughout Germany—including in cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf. In addition, we also organize events at custom locations throughout Germany.
Can the events also take place at our company location?
Most of our event formats can be implemented directly at your location - provided there is enough space. We would be happy to check the feasibility at your company location. Just get in touch with us.

Can the events be integrated into existing conferences or supporting programs?
Most of our formats are ideal as interactive side events for conventions, conferences, or corporate parties. We would be happy to develop customized solutions tailored to your agenda and topics.
Are teamio events suitable for international teams?
Our event professionals are happy to moderate and accompany your event in English - or in several languages. The active involvement of all participants is a prerequisite for effective communication, prevents misunderstandings and strengthens team spirit in the long term.
Can we cancel a team event?
Cancellations are generally permitted. Since we plan our services in advance, a pro-rata fee will apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. These fees are structured as follows:
- Up to 60 days in advance: 20%
- Up to 30 days in advance: 60%
- Up to 14 days in advance: 80%
If you cancel later than this, you will be charged the full price. Of course, we will provide you with clear information about all terms and conditions in advance.
How are participants insured at team events?
In order to meet the requirements for accident insurance cover during company parties and outings, you must:
- it is an event organized by the employer
- the company organizes the event with the aim of strengthening the working atmosphere and promoting solidarity among employees
- the company management or its representative must take part in the joint event
the event must be open to all employees of the company
What do I need to consider for tax purposes with team building events?
In order to meet the requirements for accident insurance cover during company parties and outings, you must:
