We’re an event agency from Essen, putting on team experiences all over Germany. Whether it’s team building, a company outing, a summer party or a corporate party – we devise, plan and organise the whole event from start to finish. With years of experience and a team of experts who work well together, we make sure your event is one your team will remember.

It’s easy: get in touch by phone, by email or through the contact form on our website. After an initial consultation, we put together a personalised proposal for you. Once you’ve decided on your team event, we handle all the planning and delivery – in constant contact with you, of course.

We can also organise team events at short notice – in many cases within just a few days. The earlier you get in touch, the more dates and activities you can choose from. Thanks to our experience and established ways of working, we can often find something suitable for last-minute enquiries too.

Once you enquire, we discuss your goals, practical requirements and preferences, then suggest suitable events. After you choose, we handle all the planning and organisation – leaving you to sit back, relax and look forward to the event with your team.

So that we can plan your event as well as possible, we need:

• The expected number of participants
• The activity you have in mind, or a rough idea
• Where it will take place, or your preferred venue
• The date and your preferred time frame
• Any special requests or requirements

The cost depends on your group size, chosen activity and venue. Team events generally cost between €35 and €129 per person. You’ll find a guide price for each event on our website. For an exact price, we’re happy to prepare a personalised quote with no obligation.

We clearly agree all services with you in advance – there are no hidden costs. In addition to the team-building event itself, there are charges for event design and logistics, based on the work involved. Depending on the event, you can book optional extras such as prizes for the winners, technical equipment or a photo booth.

Yes – we’re happy to organise extras such as catering, transfers and overnight stays on request. Just tell us about your plans and preferences.

Yes – on request, we develop team events built around your company, your goals and your company culture. That gives your team a unique team-building experience.

We can adapt our team events to suit groups from around 20 to over 1,000 people. Together, we’ll find the right activity for your team size and goals.

Smaller teams can book a team event with us too. Because our events are organised with groups in mind, the minimum size that makes economic sense is usually around 20 people. Do get in touch – we’ll find a solution that suits your team.

Yes, we can run team events for more than 1,000 participants. We pay particular attention to suitable venues, activities that work for large groups and smooth organisation. For events of this size, we recommend planning early.

How long a team-building event lasts depends on the activity. Many last between 1.5 and 3 hours, but half-day and full-day events are possible too. We adapt the length to your needs.

Our team events have proved themselves in different weather conditions. When it rains, we use gazebos and optional rain ponchos so that your event can go ahead as planned. In poor weather conditions, we naturally offer suitable indoor alternatives.

We offer our team events across Germany – in cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne (Köln), Frankfurt am Main, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf. We also run events at a place of your choice anywhere in Germany.

Most of our activities can take place at your premises, provided there’s enough space. We’re happy to check whether your site is suitable. Just ask us.

We’d be happy to. Our extensive network includes event venues, conference hotels, restaurants and bars, and unusual places to hold events. Together, we’ll find a venue that suits your team event, goals and group size.

Most of our activities are ideal for adding an interactive element to meetings, conferences or company parties. We’re happy to develop tailored solutions for your schedule and themes.

Our event team are happy to host your event and support you throughout, in English – or in several languages. Getting every participant actively involved is a prerequisite for effective communication, prevents misunderstandings and keeps the team pulling together for the long term.

Cancellation is possible in principle. Because we plan services in advance, a proportion of the costs is payable, depending on timing. The following rates apply:

• up to 60 days before: 20%
• up to 30 days before: 60%
• up to 14 days before: 80%

If you cancel later than that, the full price is charged. We will explain all the terms clearly beforehand.

For accident insurance cover to apply at company parties and outings, the following conditions must be met:

• it must be an event held by the employer
• the company must hold the event with the aim of improving the working atmosphere and strengthening relationships between employees
• the company management or its appointed representative must take part in the joint event
  the event must be open to all employees of the company
