Exciting task course for great teams

Our team course involves several groups going through a varied course of tasks. The various team tasks can only be solved together. The perfect event to take team spirit to the next level. Our experienced team of trainers accompanies the teams to the respective stations, explains the tasks and takes notes for the upcoming evaluation. Afterwards, all the groups come back together and we reflect on the long-awaited results in an entertaining way.
Our team course inspires with a variety of team training tasks. One popular module, for example, is the "Tower of Power", in which a tower is built with the help of a special crane construction. Participants experience several factors of successful teamwork in a very practical way: clear moderation, effective communication and leadership. Another popular task is our "company car build", in which the team has to construct a vehicle using building instructions. However, not all group members have access to the construction plan - and it is in a completely different location ...
The team course can be set up flexibly both indoors and outdoors. The conference hotel or your company premises are just two of the many possible venues.

Course of the event: Team course

  • First, we divide you and your team into different groups, which then go through the team course in a decentralized manner. Each group has its own teamio trainer who will accompany and support you.

  • Our team of trainers moderates the challenge and then gives the team space for the individual planning phase. "Some people reject a good idea simply because it's not theirs." What Luis Buñuel once feared should of course be avoided in our challenging team tasks. In the planning phase, everyone's ideas are collected and discussed. A jointly agreed strategy is then tested in practice and finally implemented.

  • At the end of this eventful team-building format, we reflect together on mastering the diverse tasks. Individual focal points such as the type of communication or project management can be addressed as a central theme. Another tip: For groups of up to 30 people, the joint reflection can be perfectly organized in our large team band.

    The team that looked after us was very friendly, competent and calm. The approach was such that there was a good connection quickly, even though we didn't know each other beforehand.
