An exciting series of challenges for great teams
At our Team-Parcours, you split into groups and work your way through a varied series of challenges. Each challenge is different, but every one can only be solved together. It’s the perfect event for taking your team spirit up a level. Our experienced trainers accompany the teams at each station, explain the task and take notes for the debrief to come. Afterwards, all the groups come back together for a lively look at those long-awaited results. Our Team-Parcours brings you a wide range of team-training challenges. One popular task is the “Tower of Power”, where a tower is built with the help of a special crane rig. Along the way, participants experience several ingredients of successful collaboration first-hand: clear facilitation, effective communication and leadership. Another favourite is our “Company Car Build”, in which the team has to construct a vehicle from a set of instructions. The catch: not everyone in the group gets to see the plans – and they’re kept somewhere else entirely … The Team-Parcours can take place indoors or outdoors. Your conference hotel or company grounds are just two of many possible venues.

How Team-Parcours works
First, we split you and your team into groups, and the groups work their way through the Team-Parcours separately. Every group has its own teamio trainer, who goes along with you and supports you.
Our trainers introduce the challenge and then give the team time to plan. “Some people reject a good idea simply because it isn’t their own.” Naturally, we’d rather not see Luis Buñuel’s concern play out in our team challenges. In the planning phase, everyone’s ideas are collected and discussed. The strategy the team agrees on is then tested in practice and then put into action.
To round off this action-packed team-building experience, we look back together at how you mastered the varied tasks. We can focus on particular topics, such as how people communicate or manage projects. One more tip: groups of up to 30 people can reflect together in our large Teamband.

We work with you to create your own Team-Parcours from a choice of over 20 EOL tasks. EOL is the German abbreviation for experiential learning. Because it draws on practical experience, it engages several senses at once and makes the learning stick for longer.

At our Team-Parcours, the focus is on constructive team building. That doesn’t mean our tasks are dry or drag on, of course. You can count on having fun together, plenty of laughs and an event that keeps you entertained throughout.

The team looking after us was very friendly, capable and calm. They spoke to us in a way that quickly built a good connection, even though we had never met before. Everyone was delighted with the successful event – with the small caveat that it was too short, because we were having so much fun and wanted more. How does the Team-Parcours work?

Does the Team-Parcours have a learning element?
Yes, that’s what it’s built for. The tasks are based on experiential learning: you learn by trying things out yourselves. Our trainers take notes, and in the debrief we talk about topics such as communication or project management. It never gets dry, though.
Do we need any previous experience?
No, you don’t need any previous experience. Your trainer explains each task, and then your team plans together how to tackle it. The only way to succeed here is to work together effectively.
What does the Team-Parcours cost and what’s included?
The Team-Parcours costs from €49 per person plus concept and logistics. This covers planning, organisation and delivery, your choice from over 20 team tasks, gazebos for outdoor use, support from teamio trainers and the group debrief at the end.
