These are the six activities teams choose most often at teamio for their Christmas party. They differ in setting, in mood – from torchlight to quiz night – and in how much effort they take.

A mobile eisstock curling lane measures 10 × 2 metres and needs a level area of 13 × 3 metres. A company Christmas market requires three-phase power, step-free access for deliveries and a day for setup. Indoors, Christmas golf can use offices and corridors, while the gingerbread workshop needs space and tables.
Allow time for instructions, moving between activities, setup and dismantling as well as the games themselves. Torchlit archery usually takes 1.5 hours, while Casino Night takes 3 to 4. A company Christmas market also needs a day for setup. We coordinate the transitions to dinner and speeches with you.
Being outside in winter takes more than choosing the right jacket. At torchlit archery and the company Christmas market, gazebos and tents provide dry areas. The Christmas Market Rally has an alternative programme for particularly bad weather, such as the Quiz Show or a Live Escape Game. We agree the arrangements for your event in advance.
For every event teamio runs, we plant a tree as part of “One Event – One Tree”.

Yes, many activities can be planned as one part of your programme. Timing matters: eisstock curling, Christmas golf and the gingerbread workshop take 1.5 to 2 hours, while the Xmas Quiz Show takes 1.5 to 2.5. We coordinate the duration, space, setup, dismantling and transitions to dinner, speeches and other parts of your programme with you.
Each outdoor activity has its own weather limits, which we agree with you before the event. For torchlit archery, gazebos cover the shooting area; at the company Christmas market, guests can find dry spots under gazebos, tents and stalls. The Christmas Market Rally is adapted to the weather, with an alternative programme for particularly difficult conditions, such as the Xmas Quiz Show or a Live Escape Game. Eisstock curling uses plastic lanes and can also take place indoors, including company foyers, warehouses and offices, where we have run it before.
That depends on the activity. Christmas golf sets up its course in offices, corridors and meeting rooms, while the gingerbread workshop needs space and tables. Each eisstock curling lane needs a level area of 13 × 3 metres. A company Christmas market needs space for stalls, three-phase power, step-free access for deliveries and a day for setup. Whether you have an event venue, conference hotel or company grounds in mind, a site plan, photos or information from the venue help us assess what is possible.
For a Christmas party from different locations, there is the Online Quiz Show (20 to 500 people, 1 to 2 hours), the Online Escape Game (from 20 people) and the Online Christmas Bakery (20 to 1,000 people, around 2 hours). A laptop and internet connection are enough for the quiz and escape game; food and drink packages are optional. For the gingerbread workshop, we send Christmas packages in advance, usually 7 days before the event for deliveries within Germany. Participants need a knife, chopping board, bowl and spoon, and a way to heat mulled wine.
All the activities on this page start at 20 people, except the company Christmas market, which starts at 100. Most winter activities cater for up to 250 people, the Live Escape Game for up to 500, Casino Night for up to 1,000 and the company Christmas market for up to 2,000 guests. The exact capacity also depends on the space, number of stations and how you want guests to take part.
We work in North Rhine-Westphalia within around 150 kilometres of Essen and, since 2026, in selected cities in southern Germany, including Stuttgart, Munich, Augsburg, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Würzburg, Mannheim and Ulm. If your location is outside these areas, speak to us before making plans. Online activities are not tied to one place; activities with packages also need delivery time.
As early as possible: dates in the run-up to Christmas are particularly popular, and dates, venues and preferred activities often book up early. With your guest numbers, schedule and details of indoor and outdoor areas, we can check which options are still possible. It is also worth asking at short notice; what we can offer depends on current availability.
The cards show starting prices per person, plus planning and logistics. These are not a total budget for the party; we need your event details to prepare a specific quote. As described on the event pages, the price includes planning, organisation and delivery of the activity. For the company Christmas market, for example, this includes stalls, decorations and on-site staff for setup, dismantling and running the market.
