Who will take the title at the Xmas 5 battle?

Who will keep a steady hand when stacking XXL gifts? Which team will assemble the Christmas cube correctly? And how will they manage to build a sleigh in Santa's workshop when only part of the team knows the plans? During the Xmas 5-Challenge, colleagues will discover new sides to each other – and have plenty of opportunities to laugh together.

In five varied challenges, teams collect points for the overall ranking. Depending on the chosen challenge, accuracy, knowledge, creativity, or a good sense of teamwork are required. Sometimes it involves solving puzzles, sometimes building, and sometimes mastering an obstacle course together. We will tailor the five disciplines you experience to your group, your location, and your desired activity level.

To conclude, we celebrate the winning team at the joint awards ceremony. Afterwards, there's plenty to talk about: surprising talents, creative team tactics, and the tower of gifts that, despite everything, didn't stay standing.

Event Schedule: Xmas 5 Battle

  • Welcome and team start: Our teamio crew will welcome your group, introduce the challenges, and explain the tournament format. We will then divide the teams. Everyone will start simultaneously at different stations and collect points for the overall standings in a variety of tasks and team duels.

  • Five challenges, full team effort: The teams gradually complete all five disciplines and face each other in alternating matches. Each challenge demands different strengths. Trying things out together, finding the right tactics, and cheering each other on – our crew accompanies the teams through every task.

  • Points are counted, the tension rises: The results from each station are recorded via our teamio event app. After the final round, the overall standings are determined. Which team will come out on top across the five disciplines? The answer will be revealed at the grand finale.

  • Celebrate the final together: At the awards ceremony, we'll relive the best and funniest moments of the tournament and crown the winning team the Xmas Champion – complete with Santa hats. Medals, a trophy, or sparkling wine can be added upon request.

  • What exactly is the Xmas 5 battle?

    The Xmas 5-Challenge from teamio is a winter-themed team competition for your company Christmas party. Teams collect points for the overall ranking in five selected challenges. Depending on the discipline, skill, knowledge, creativity, and teamwork are required. The event concludes with a joint awards ceremony.

  • How many people is the event suitable for?

    The Xmas 5-event competition is suitable for groups of 20–500 people. We tailor team sizes, number of stations, and tournament format to your number of participants – from a single team to a large company Christmas party.

  • Where can the Xmas 5 battle take place?

    Whether on your company premises or at a booked event location, this format can be implemented both indoors and outdoors. The specific challenges that are suitable depend on factors such as the available space, the surface, and the availability of power outlets. We will discuss the requirements with you beforehand. Patio heaters or a fire pit can be added as optional extras for suitable outdoor areas.

  • How long does the event last?

    Please allow approximately 2–2.5 hours, including the welcome, challenges, and awards ceremony. We will coordinate the exact timeframe with the schedule of your Christmas party.

  • Which challenges can we choose from?

    Examples of available activities include curling, Christmas dice, a Christmas quiz, Christmas ornament throwing, XXL gift stacking, team skiing, and Santa's workshop. Spice guessing, snowball pipeline, or Christmas tower challenges can also be incorporated into the team competition. Together, we'll create five challenges that suit your group and location.

    For extra excitement, you can integrate darts, curling, torch archery, or a VR experience into your Xmas-5-Battle for an additional fee. The respective additional costs will be listed in the offer.

  • Do participants need to be athletic?

    Top athletic performance is not the primary focus. Depending on the challenge, skill, knowledge, communication, or movement will be key. Please inform us of any special requirements or limitations in advance so that we can take them into account during the selection and planning process.

  • What happens in bad weather?

    For outdoor events, we will coordinate a suitable bad weather solution with you in advance. Pavilions, rain ponchos, and alternative programs are included. The specific solution implemented depends on your location, the chosen challenges, and the weather conditions. Moving the event indoors is possible if suitable indoor spaces are available and the challenge selection is compatible.

  • How do the points evaluation and the awards ceremony work?

    The results of the challenges are recorded via our teamio event app and compiled into the overall ranking. At the awards ceremony, we will crown the winning team as the Xmas Champion. Medals, a trophy, or sparkling wine can be added upon request.

  • Can the event also take place outside of the Christmas season?

    Yes! Our regular teamio 5-challenge is also suitable for summer parties, team days, conferences, or kick-off events. We'll work with you to put together a suitable selection of challenges without a Christmas focus.

  • How much does the Xmas 5-event tournament cost?

    The Xmas 5-Challenge starts at €59 per person, like the regular teamio 5-Challenge, plus planning and logistics. The exact price depends on factors such as the number of participants, the venue, and the chosen challenge package. Paid challenge upgrades and other extras are listed separately.
