Here, everyone is in the same boat - in the truest sense of the word. Our dragon boat festival is all about coordination, team spirit and stamina. The long paddle boats, traditionally from the Far East, offer space for up to 20 crew members and can be maneuvered across the water at lightning speed. But before the grand finale, creative team tasks, training runs and close boat duels are on the program.

After the welcome and team formation, the creative part of the team building follows - because a dragon boat is only complete with its dragon head, and you also have to design your own team flag. Colorful patterns, original designs or bold statements - everything is allowed here. The boat christening ceremony is also a must: Singing, dancing or a creative production make for a fitting start.

Supervised by our experienced team, you will learn all about the right technique and the common rhythm - because only those who paddle in sync can emerge victorious in the end. Then it's finally time to hit the water. Various race modes provide a challenge and entertaining fun. A drummer from your company sets the pace. Who will make it to the grand final?

Schedule of the event: Dragon Boat Festival

After a warm welcome, the participants are randomly divided into several teams. Then comes the original part: the teams design their own team flag, develop a ceremony and christen their boat. Creativity is required here - the more unusual the design, the better.
Now the training begins. Our experienced coaches give a detailed briefing on paddling technique and the basic regatta procedures. First, each team practises on land before heading out onto the water. The first paddle strokes together already determine the feeling for the right rhythm.
And then it starts: the dragon boat crews compete against each other in various races. One team member sets the pace as the drummer, while the others fight for every meter. Only the fastest teams make it to the grand final.
The thrilling regatta is followed by the award ceremony. The winning team is celebrated with crémant and thunderous applause. And to commemorate the joint dragon boat adventure, the creatively designed flags can decorate your company canteen in future.
