The team-building classic for your indoor event
In this varied activity, we put your teamwork to the test. In several groups, you take on exciting challenges together. It all revolves around the “3 Cs” – collaboration, communication and cooperation. These are the essentials of working well together, and you’ll practise and develop all three throughout the event. Our experienced team of trainers accompanies you at the stations, gives you nudges along the way and documents how you work out your solutions. And at the end, we want to hear how the teams tackled the tasks in a debrief – often an entertaining one.
We design your Team-Parcours around what you want. Put together your own team-building event from over 20 tasks. We can adapt the duration and venue to suit you. The weather isn’t always ideal, and a venue doesn’t always have suitable outdoor space. Our Team-Parcours is ideally suited to indoor spaces. How Indoor Team-Parcours works
After the welcome, we start dividing everyone into teams. Pure chance does the picking, mixing up the usual groups of colleagues and taking you out of your comfort zone.
Then the groups head off to stations spread around the space. One team starts by building new company cars in our company car-building activity, while team 2 is busy with an emergency operation in the Emergency Room. Team 3, meanwhile, faces a challenging tower-building project. These team challenges are based on experiential learning – learning through experience – so the focus is on the participants and how they interact with each other.
To round off this team-building experience, we look back together at how you handled the tasks. We discuss specific aspects, such as how you communicated or managed the project. Our large team-building band also works well for the group debrief.
