Our hotel and office golf tournament is the ideal team event for anyone who calls the green their second home and has never come unstuck at the windmill on a minigolf course. But complete rookies will have a great time too. Golf is allowed absolutely anywhere here: in the meeting room, in a hotel bedroom, in the underground car park or even in the boss’s office. Anything goes, and no shot is ever “out of bounds” – but do mind the coffee mug.
Beforehand, we set up a tricky course for you with six varied golf challenges. The whole arsenal of clubs – from the 7-iron to the putter – comes into play. In small teams you move from station to station, accompanied by our teamio caddies. And then it’s time to tee off! In the end, of course, it’s the strokes that count. The group with the best team handicap – that is, the fewest strokes needed – wins. Just like the real thing, our entertaining team event is ideal for networking.

How Hotel and office golf works
We welcome you, split you into playing groups – our ‘flights’ for the day – and our coaches introduce you to the basics of golf. Then it’s time to play. All teams start at the same time, at different holes, with a shotgun start.
We’ve lined up a wide range of challenges, with and without golf clubs, to test you and your team in every area of golf. A good drive and a talent for putting are no guarantee of the green jacket at our office golf event. You’ll also need to concentrate, communicate and improvise.
You hit soft balls down long corridors or putt soft minigolf balls across the tiled spa area. Working your way around everyday obstacles such as chairs, tables and other furniture is all part of the fun. Things get tricky in the dark room: we black out a meeting room completely and play with glowing balls. Which team can stay under par here?
The teams are put to the test away from the indoor greens too – for example when building a golf caddy or in our popular golf ball pipeline. At the end the scorecards are compared. The team handicap decides who wins the hotel golf tournament. In an entertaining award ceremony we then crown the winning group – to the cheers of their colleagues.

Our varied, entertaining golf challenges are designed for every skill level. You can master the holes we’ve designed even without any prior experience. Some of the team tasks need no golf club at all – they call for a willingness to work together and communicate – and thanks to that variety, this really is an activity for everyone. Good to know: most of our participants have little or no experience and still enjoy an entertaining team-building event with plenty of successes along the way.

How does office golf work?
We turn your office or conference hotel into a course with six golf challenges. Soft balls shoot down long corridors, minigolf balls roll through the spa area, for example, and in a blacked-out meeting room you play with glow-in-the-dark balls. Add a few team challenges without clubs. Just do mind the coffee mug.
What happens during an office golf tournament?
After the welcome, we split your group into playing groups – flights, in golf speak – and our trainers explain the basic techniques. With a shotgun start, all flights tee off at the same time at different holes, accompanied by our teamio caddies. At the end, we compare scorecards and crown the flight with the best team handicap at the awards ceremony.
Where can hotel and office golf take place?
At your company (office golf), at a conference hotel (hotel golf) or at another venue of your choice. We design the course around the space on site, and outdoor stations can sometimes be included too. If you’d rather play entirely outdoors, our Crossgolf Experience is the outdoor version.
Do we need any golf experience?
No. Our holes are easy to master without any experience, and most participants have little or no golf experience. Our trainers explain the basic techniques at the start, and some team challenges don’t need a club at all.
Can we hire office golf from you?
With us, you book office golf as a complete tournament: we design the course for your space, provide professional golf equipment, and our teamio caddies accompany your team from station to station.
Does office golf fit into a conference programme?
Yes, hotel and office golf works well as part of your conference programme, whether between two working sessions or in the evening. The tournament takes 1.5 to 2 hours and can be adapted flexibly to your schedule. Ask us what’s possible.
How many people is hotel and office golf suitable for and what does it cost?
The tournament is designed for groups of 20 to 250 people and costs from €49 per person plus concept and logistics. This covers planning, organisation and delivery, a course designed for you, professional golf equipment and our crew looking after you.
