Our team course is the absolute classic among team-building events. In several groups, the participants go through various stations where the aim is to solve challenging team tasks together. The varied challenges can only be mastered through appropriate cooperation and mutual feedback. Each group is supervised by one of our experienced trainers. They accompany the respective team from station to station, explain the tasks and provide assistance if anything is unclear. Once all the challenges have been mastered, we conclude the event with a joint evaluation. This gives the teams another opportunity to reflect on the various solutions.
