It is clear that everything will remain different in the current calendar year 2021. A wide range of restrictions in the private sphere are just as much a part of this as decentralized working in the home office and, as a result, online team events. That's why the shared experience is more important than ever.
The coronavirus pandemic has brought about far-reaching changes and has also acted as a catalyst in many places when it comes to digital transformation. The event industry has reacted in completely different ways, from capitulation to cost-cutting programs and tentative attempts at transformation to the creation of completely new business models. We set up and successfully implemented our first virtual team events last summer. In recent months, we have worked with colleagues, partners and experts to develop further innovative event concepts that have already impressed numerous customers. In the context of these new event formats, it doesn't matter where colleagues are physically located, because we bring them together again virtually.
Diverse online team events from teamio
In addition to purely digital formats such as the quiz show or our online live escape game, we have also established hybrid event formats that also enable a tangible or haptic experience. For the creative workshop, you receive a package with canvases, paints and brushes at home, for the gin tasting a tasting package or even a cajón kit for the online drum event. We send out our high-quality event packages a week before the online team events - now also throughout Europe.

Organizing a quiz or a tasting with an open laptop is certainly a good idea for families, but not for demanding corporate clients." We produce and stream in studio quality with several cameras, our own video control room and excellent sound from our studios. We make use of the advantages of green screen technology, unless we set up a temporary studio in a cooking studio, bar or event location. Online drum event
Experience a musical online team event with your colleagues in your home office. Before the virtual get-together, all participants will receive a kit for a cajón (Peruvian box drum) to take home, which we will then assemble together. Our protagonists stand in front of the camera in the studio and accompany the construction process. As soon as the drums are finished, our drum coaches take over. Now it gets loud, rhythmic and, above all, unique. Pure energy!
Virtual cooking event
Definitely our tastiest online team event. Because we currently have to do without face-to-face events in our cooking studio, you will receive our cooking boxes with all the ingredients delivered directly to your home. On request, of course, with corresponding wines and virtual sommelier expertise. We will then welcome you from our kitchen studio with a professional chef and presenter for your interactive cooking show. We cook a delicious 3-course menu together, you at home and we in the studio. In the meantime, we'll keep an eye on your pots and pans to make sure nothing burns... At the end, there's only one thing left for us to do: wish you bon appétit.
Creative workshop @home
Don't have a studio within your own four walls? No problem! At our colorful art event, you'll get everything you need in advance: Canvases, paints and brushes. Then we'll get creative together: we'll stream directly from our studio to your home office via video conference. We will then paint the new company headquarters, the team values or the vision for your new product. In any case, a colorful idea for your next virtual team event.
Digital Quiz Show
If your team loves competition, our digital quiz show is the perfect choice! Our unique presenters welcome you and your colleagues live and in color from our quiz studios in Essen to a virtual team challenge. We have adapted Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Dingsda, Der Preis ist heiß and the popular Family Duel for this entertaining online team event and developed an exciting team tournament mode. The best home office entertainment is guaranteed! As always, it's all about the points at the end, because only one team can win the virtual quiz trophy!
Remote domino chain reaction
Always a good idea for a virtual team event: our domino chain reaction. As part of this unique form of event, you build a segment of a large chain reaction. The special thing about it is that it is decentralized and still works. In advance, all participants receive an experience package with colorful dominoes and other building materials. Creative concepts are then developed in parallel and implemented in the home office. It will be exciting to see afterwards at the showdown whether the interface management lives up to its name.
