7 brilliant ideas for your company’s virtual summer party

The summer party with the whole company is a highlight in many people’s calendars. Even when teams work at different sites, summer cocktails, a tasty BBQ and a good catch-up with colleagues don’t have to be cancelled. We’ve come up with some great ideas for a virtual summer party, where everyone taking part can enjoy the food and drink and, just as easily, get properly stuck in together. And with a virtual summer party it doesn’t matter where your people live: a lively online team event brings all your colleagues together – even across borders. Here are 7 brilliant ideas for a virtual summer party with a real wow factor!

A summer party for quiz whizzes: the digital quiz show

Want a virtual summer party that gets the whole team excited and caught up in the moment? Then our digital quiz show is always a good idea. Several groups take centre stage in an entertaining contest. We’ve adapted ideas from the biggest German TV shows: Wer wird Millionär (Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?), Der Preis ist heiß (The Price Is Right) or the much-loved Familienduell (Family Feud) feature in this fun online corporate event. For a proper beach club feel, our unique treat packs bring craft beer, organic fizzy drinks, plenty of sweet treats and, in true beach style, a pair of sunglasses.

Online Gin Tasting: the virtual summer party in a bar

At the Online Gin Tasting it’s all about enjoyment. Together we taste selected gins, with and without tonic water and organic botanicals. You’re in your home office – or out on the terrace – while we’re behind the counter at a bar in Essen. Professional bartenders guide you through the exciting, entertaining tasting, and no question is left unanswered – promise! Before this online team event, everyone taking part receives an exclusive tasting pack containing the gins, tonic and botanicals, plus a bar spoon and a tasting glass. Well then, cheers!

Our online BBQ event

Football, beer and BBQ belong at a virtual company summer party too. With the online BBQ event you and all your colleagues enjoy a very special summer party – in different places, but still together. You’ll barbecue together with our experienced barbecue experts – and this is barbecuing at its finest. Ahead of the online corporate event you’ll receive our barbecue packs with homemade BBQ jam, spices and craft beer. If you like, we can also deliver the food for the grill. Sounds tasty? It is!

A tricky team event: the virtual Live Escape Game

Is your company full of born detectives? Then look no further than our Online Escape Game. In small groups, you solve a criminal case. Your teams will need good communication and powers of deduction to crack the case. Our virtual Live Escape Game draws you in with a gripping plot and unique gameplay, which makes it a good idea for a virtual summer party. Good to know: we support the teams live behind the scenes and in the breakout sessions, and we’re on hand to help everyone throughout.

A good idea for the virtual summer party: the Feierabend BINGO Show

Bingo show, cocktail workshop and craft beer tasting are each good fun on their own, but together they make up the three parts of our Feierabend BINGO Show. We play bingo together – including the fun video-call and pub versions. But before we spin the bingo drum, we mix a first cocktail with a professional bartender, with delicious alcohol-free versions too, of course. Once “BINGOOO” echoes through the video call, it’s time to open the first craft beer. The craft beer brewer joins in too, by the way, and tastes the beers live with you. Plan an online team event like no other that really tastes of summer!

An idea for a musical summer party: the Online Drum Event

If you’re happy to turn the volume up a little this year, our Online Drum Event is a very good idea for the annual company summer party. We deliver our wooden cajón kits straight to your home office. Before the drumming starts, the box drums have to be put together – and we’re on hand with advice as you go. Then it’s time to make music: with our drum coaches we first explore the instrument and its range of sounds, and then we drum together. All you have to do is tell the neighbours that this year’s summer party is at your place…

Summer, sun and a virtual cocktail class

Enjoy a shared virtual summer party from different locations. Our virtual cocktail class promises entertainment and enjoyment. Together with professional bartenders we mix three summery cocktails and find out some fascinating things about the origins and history of these chilled drinks. Even over a Teams or Zoom call, you can almost feel the atmosphere of the real bar we’re streaming live from. Before the online corporate event we send our treat packs with all the ingredients to everyone taking part in good time, so nothing stands in the way of a lovely evening. Ready, steady, shake!
