The coronavirus and the associated contact restrictions have made (team) events impossible. On May 30 of this year, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia relaxed the contact restrictions to the effect that outdoor events with up to ten participants are once again possible, subject to compliance with special hygiene and infection protection rules. We have taken this as an opportunity to develop team-building formats that comply with the local Corona Protection Ordinance (CoronaSchVO) at all times. You can find our infection-protected team events for the state of NRW further down in this blog post.
New Corona Protection Ordinance from June 15, 2020: Events with up to 100 people possible again
Following the adjustments to the coronavirus protection measures by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, events with up to 100 people are permitted again under certain conditions. Compliance with social distancing rules, hygiene protection measures and an access control system are still essential. It is also important to ensure that participants can be traced. Events with more than 100 participants require special approval from the health authorities and extended hygiene and infection protection concepts.
Large events, such as sporting and cultural events with more than 1,000 participants, are still not possible until at least 31 August 2020.

Team building during Corona - is that possible? Yes!
We act within the framework of infection protection, but beyond the legal framework: All participants receive their personal protective equipment: sterile nose and mouth masks, disposable gloves and virucidal disinfectants in sufficient quantities.
In addition, the event participants each receive their own equipment that has been disinfected in advance, e.g. construction kits, tools or creative materials.
Furthermore, we have trained our team in dealing with the special hygiene and behavioral regulations to ensure maximum safety.
Here we have listed 5 infection-protected team events for you, which we can also organize responsibly in these challenging times.
Archery: with distance to the golden mean
In infection-protected archery, all participants receive their personal equipment - disinfected in advance - such as bows, arrows and protectors. Nose and mouth protection must be worn and sufficient distance between all participants is mandatory. And then we start a brilliant archery event together under expert guidance.
Creative workshop: a large team artwork is created from many small canvases
In our infection-protected creative workshop, each artist is given their own easel with canvas, paints and creative materials - then it's time to get started. The hygiene and infection protection guidelines, such as appropriate distancing between all participants and the wearing of face masks, are mandatory. The small 30 x 30 cm canvases are finally put together in the grand finale to create an impressive corporate work of art. To the brushes, get set, go!
Cajón workshop: build your own cajón and then make it sound with your colleagues
At our Cajón team event in North Rhine-Westphalia, we guarantee infection protection through personal equipment - each participant receives their own kit and their own tool kit. In addition, the minimum distance is also guaranteed at all times during the subsequent musical part. Everyone will remember this rhythmic team event for a long time - because you will take the musical instruments you have built back to the company or home with you afterwards.
Lawn curling: all curls off to the house
Mouth and nose protection for all colleagues, appropriate distancing and permanent disinfection of the curls ensure safety even during the coronavirus pandemic. Our trained team will accompany your group responsibly and ensure that the hygiene protection rules are observed at all times. The entertaining outdoor event of lawn curling impresses with its entertaining tournament mode and flexible design options.
Virtual team challenge
We welcome you to your first remote team event, for example in your home office: our moderators will guide you through the virtual team event, ensuring motivation and a good mood. The challenge takes place via video conferencing software and an app. Participants download the latter free of charge onto a mobile device, e.g. a smartphone or tablet (Android/iOS), and join the game using a QR code. Now it gets interactive: we form small teams that face a variety of challenges and interactive team challenges together. Collaborative photo and video tasks ensure fun and excitement for the entire field of participants! Let's get ready to rumble!
