Teamio & NRW: a good match!
Teamio bid for the contract advertised by the Ministry of the Interior of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to deliver team-building activities – and won. The framework agreement covers all of the ministry’s team-building events in the calendar years 2017 and 2018:
As part of the “Staff development action plan”, it was agreed that the ministry’s divisions should have access to the opportunities and resources needed to run targeted team-building activities. Staff wanted closer working relationships, better networking and better collaboration. This led to the following requirements: activities for newly formed groups, improvements to internal communication and collaboration overall, effective work organisation and smooth coordination between teams.
As specialists in team building and team events, the team at Teamio Event GmbH is delighted to support North Rhine-Westphalia’s Ministry of the Interior as an experienced partner. The deciding factor in winning the contract was the professional design of the team-building activities, which reflects the different objectives of each department.
