NRW Ministry of the Interior extends with teamio
Teamio Event GmbH was once again awarded the contract by the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of the Interior to organize specific team-building and personnel development measures aimed at improving communication and interdisciplinary cooperation between the various departments and organizational units.
Teamio Event GmbH has once again won the tender issued by the ministry based in the state capital Düsseldorf, to which all qualified providers of professional team-building events were invited to submit an appropriate concept. The event specialists from Essen have now been supporting the state of NRW with their exciting event ideas since 2017.
In future, employees of the Ministry will be able to choose from 13 different team-building activities and experience events tailored to the specific needs of the individual departments. The organizational units will decide for themselves whether to set off together to new shores at a raft-building team event, set a new focus with intuitive archery or discover Düsseldorf's urban area in a variety of ways as part of exciting scavenger hunts. The measures mentioned above have different focuses and require different team skills. However, they all share the "3Cs" - collaboration, communication and cooperation - as essential building blocks of successful teamwork.
