NRW Ministry of the Interior extends its partnership with teamio
Teamio Event GmbH has once again been awarded the contract by the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of the Interior to deliver dedicated team-building and staff development activities, designed to improve communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration between the ministry’s various departments and organisational units.
The ministry, based in the state capital Düsseldorf, invited all qualified providers of professional team building to submit proposals for the contract. Teamio Event GmbH has once again won the tender. The event specialists from Essen have been working with the state of NRW since 2017, bringing their ideas for engaging events to life.
From now on, the ministry’s staff can choose from 13 different team-building activities and enjoy events matched to the specific needs of each department. Whether they head for new shores together at a raft-building team event, refocus with intuitive archery or explore different sides of Düsseldorf on lively scavenger hunts is up to each organisational unit. Each activity has a different focus and calls for different team skills. What they all share is a focus on the “3Cs” – collaboration, communication and cooperation – as essential building blocks of successful teamwork.
