Everything revolves around the "3Cs" - collaboration, communication and cooperation. These success factors for working together are actively challenged and promoted in the context of the event. Our experienced team of trainers will accompany you at the various stations, support you with impulses and document your solution processes. Finally, as part of an - often entertaining - evaluation, we want to hear how the teams have mastered the tasks.

Course of the event: Indoor team course

After the welcome, we start the team division. The random principle that comes into play here breaks up classic colleague constellations and takes you out of your comfort zone.
The groups then start at the decentralized stations. One team starts with the production of new company cars in our company car construction department, while Team 2 is busy with an emergency operation in the Emergency Room. Team 3, on the other hand, is faced with a challenging tower construction project. As part of these team tasks, which are based on the didactics of experiential learning (EOL), the focus is on the participants and their interaction with each other.
At the end of this eventful team-building event, we reflect together on how the tasks were mastered. Individual focal points such as the type of communication or project management are discussed. The joint reflection can also be perfectly organized with our large team tape.
