Why have a Christmas party with the company at all?

Aspects such as strengthening the sense of community, increasing identification with the company and boosting motivation are additional motives for a convivial end to the year with colleagues.
Of course, there are (almost) no limits to the specific organization of your Christmas party; a suitable location, harmonious decorations and a delicious meal are mandatory. An accompanying supporting program, gifts for the employees or personal words from the boss are optional. Understandably, the joint finale with party, DJ and dance floor has to be omitted this year.

Our torchlight archery is one of the most popular Christmas events. When it comes to hunting for points with a bow and arrow together with your colleagues, it quickly becomes clear which team is more of a hunter or a gatherer. Torches and fire baskets stylishly illuminate the entire setting. The team event in the fresh air can of course be accompanied by hot mulled wine and delicious punch.
