Our party band BINGO Show promises entertainment in the home office - or even better: on the terrace at home. Professional bartenders will mix delicious cocktails, a craft beer brewer will taste exciting craft beers from the Ruhr region and our highly motivated showmasters will gamble together - until finally "BINGOOO" echoes through the call... The format is perfect as a virtual after-work event that brings all colleagues together - even across locations. The focus is on fun and enjoyment.

  • We send our high-quality pleasure packages to colleagues in the home office throughout Europe in advance. These are carefully hand-picked and contain everything the participants need for this unique virtual company party: selected ingredients for two summery cocktails including spirits, juices and citrus fruits, a pestle and a bar spoon, four exclusive craft beers as well as a tasting glass, delicious nibbles and personalized bingo tickets.

  • We warmly welcome you and your group - not from our studios, but from a real bar in proper style. We'll get straight down to business and start with a delicious first cocktail. What do you think of a fruity, fresh mojito with Cuban rum and fresh mint? A professional bartender:inlive will guide you step by step through the preparation of your first drink. This is not only exciting, but also fun to do at home. Of course, we'll also reveal a few bartender secrets along the way.

  • When our entertaining bingo masters take over, things really get going. In the truest sense of the word. We play bingo - the classic way with numbers to start with. The mode is simple, entertaining but above all captivating. We draw the balls with the numbers from our bingo machine, which you then mark off on your slips in your home office. The first person to complete their bingo slip wins the round. In the video conference version, you no longer cross off numbers, but well-known statements from calls such as "Is everyone there now?", "I hear myself twice!" or "You're still sharing your screen! It's great fun, because most of the quotes are often very familiar to the participants. The third round of bingo - the pub version - comes up trumps with witty sayings from the local taprooms: The first round is on me!, Are you also showing the conference today? or Radler is not alcohol! Glory and honor await the lucky winners, as well as our coveted bingo crowns, which we will send to the colleagues afterwards.

  • And what goes better with a cocktail and bingo than a delicious craft beer? That's right, four delicious craft beers. We taste them together between the various rounds of bingo and cocktail parts. One of the makers will be at the bar with us and provide exciting insights into the brewer's life. In addition to the special history, we will also talk about the creative design possibilities of the craft beer scene in comparison to the classic pilsner industry. But of course you will also find out what an Alt and a Kölsch have in common, where you can buy 500 kilograms of organic ginger and what a Gose is. And in between, of course, there will be tastings together at this online team event - cheers to a great evening!

  • Which platform do you use for the online event?

    We can implement the entertaining online format with all common tools, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and WebEx. We would also be happy to check the feasibility with your preferred platform.

  • What is included in the pleasure packages?

    The pleasure packs contain everything we need for an entertaining evening. In addition to the complete ingredients for two delicious cocktails, there is also a bar spoon and a pestle. As well as four delicious craft beers including a fine tasting glass, crackers and spicy bar food. And last but not least, the special bingo tickets are of course a must.

  • Are the craft beers really tasted with the brewer?

    Yes, the joint tasting portions of the delicious craft beers are tasted live on the call with the brewer. This is not only delicious, but also interesting.

  • Will a bartender help us prepare the two cocktails?

    Yes, we create the two cocktails together under the guidance of a professional bartender. He will guide the participants step by step through the preparation process to ensure that the drinks taste as delicious as they should.

  • Are there also non-alcoholic pleasure packages?

    Of course, we also offer packages for participants who do not drink alcohol. In this case, you can expect two delicious non-alcoholic cocktails, non-alcoholic craft beer and draught soda. Tastes different, but just as good.

  • How does Bingo work at the online team event?

    Our showmasters guide you through the entertaining bingo rounds between the enjoyable parts and draw numbers or quotes from the bingo drum. The participants in the home office cross off the numbers on their randomized bingo cards accordingly - and win if they are the first to cross off the card completely. The unique video conference and pub variants always provide great entertainment.

  • When do you send the pleasure packages to us?

    We regularly send the enjoyment packages for our Feierabend BINGO Show one week before your online team event via DHL.

  • Can you also send parcels abroad?

    Yes, we send the pleasure packages throughout Europe with the appropriate lead time.

  • How much time should we plan for the digital after-work event?

    We calculate two hours, including the preparation of the two cocktails, the craft beer tasting and the three rounds of bingo. Occasionally the event takes a little longer, for example if the bartender or brewer has a lot of questions to answer.
