The digital scavenger hunt for the whole company - even across locations

How well do you actually know your way around German cities? Whether it's your home town, the location of your company or the destination of your next company outing - this interactive event format will definitely answer this question. Our iPad rally is an innovative and highly dynamic team adventure that can be tailored to your wishes and requirements. You will discover a city of your choice in several groups.
Equipped with iPads, walkie-talkies and other relevant gadgets, you set off on an exploration tour. Our virtual city map not only gives you a general overview of your location, it also shows you where there are valuable points to be scored. You can earn these by solving tricky tasks scattered around the game area. Well-known sights, historical buildings, interesting places and hidden details - you have to find them all in order to pass one of the customized challenges. How many steps do you have to climb to reach the north entrance of Cologne Cathedral? There is perhaps only one way to find out.

Course of the event: iPad Rally

  • Before the starting signal is given, there is a detailed briefing on how to use the equipment. How can the rally app be operated on the iPad? How is interference-free communication ensured via the radios? And what about the contents of the rucksack? Once all the questions have been answered, the participants are divided into several groups. To ensure equal opportunities for everyone, we have come up with a sophisticated algorithm - the random principle.

  • To the iPads, get set, go! From now on, the teams are on their own and can tackle the previously prepared task cloud according to their own strategy. You determine the order yourself. Both the navigation to the location-based spots and the selection of the differently weighted tasks are carried out via the app. The team radios will certainly also become relevant ...

  • In the race against time and the other teams, not only does the tension increase, but often also the pace of the participants. Our live high score feature allows teams to see their current score at any time. However, we fade out the display around 15 minutes before the time runs out - now it gets really exciting again. Every point can mean victory, but the next task is almost at the other end of the pedestrian zone. You can still manage that, can't you?

  • Then the time is up and it's game over! At the finish line - a location of your choice - we review what has happened and take a look at the tasks that have been completed. The teams' creative photos and videos will of course also be shown before we finally crown the lucky winners of the digital scavenger hunt.

    Everywhere. We initiate the innovative game concept for you wherever you are with your group. Whether in the most exciting metropolises such as Berlin, Hamburg or Munich, small towns or the provinces - we can implement the format for you anywhere in Germany. We even come to the Allgäu.

  • Do the start and finish points have to be identical?

    No, the iPad rally can be planned with different starting and finishing points. For example, we can start at the company headquarters and end at a restaurant, where the culinary experience continues.

  • Is this team event also suitable for large groups?

    Our iPad rally is ideal as an interactive team event for large groups. We can inspire up to 1,000 participants at the same time.

  • What do we do when it rains?

    We have rain ponchos available for all participants. If the weather forecast predicts thunderstorms or storms, we can agree on an indoor alternative in advance of the event, e.g. our exciting live escape game or an atmospheric quiz show.

  • Is the iPad Rally also available in English?

    It goes without saying that we also provide the team event completely in English - including the welcome, all tasks, evaluation and award ceremony.
