In small groups, your employees develop and build their own segment of a giant domino chain reaction. Good interface management is just as important at this team event as a clever distribution of tasks.

Based on the motto you have defined (e.g. the topic of your workshop), processes, systems or strategies can be easily mapped. This guarantees that the content is firmly anchored in the participants' minds. Communication is the key to success here. Course of the event: Domino effect

After a warm welcome, the participants are divided into several groups. All teams are then told the motto according to which they can design and implement their segment of the chain reaction. The creative concept phase then begins, in which each team plans its own segment.
In the next phase, the actual construction of the chain reaction begins. The groups use dominoes, Lego bricks and wooden tiles (KAPLA) to artistically design their sections. It is not only important to arrange their own construction area in detail, but also to look at the big picture. The transitions between the teams must work seamlessly - this is about functioning interface management - just like in your own company.
After the construction phase, each team presents its segment - how will the other groups react? Why is the last section so puristic? Who is responsible for the daring bridge constructions made from the blue dominoes? The presentation of the individual segments by the teams is definitely the first atmospheric highlight of this colorful team-building event.
Then the time has finally come: together we count down: Ten, nine, eight, seven... The bricks fall to the cheers of the hard-working builders and you can feel the genuine enthusiasm!
