Archery is a popular classic among team events. This entertaining format is all about accuracy and a steady hand. But good teamwork and cool heads are also part of the recipe for success for the longed-for overall victory. Four exciting competition modes offer room for individual moments of brilliance as well as real teamwork and communication between the participants.
Our high-quality longbows do not require any additional technical equipment such as sights, stabilizers or cables. This makes archery an intuitive experience. This makes them perfect for all skill levels - from archery beginners to professional archers. It goes without saying that the physical safety of the participants is also taken care of. Each team receives its own safety equipment, consisting of arm protectors and finger guards. So nothing stands in the way of the first bull's eye.
Thanks to the different rounds, an exciting competition is guaranteed. The varied modes also encourage joint tactics and mutual support. So there's never a dull moment, even without a bow in your hand.

Course of the event: Archery
No champion archer has ever fallen from the sky! That's why our archery event always begins with a clear introduction to the basics of the sport and the professional sports equipment.
But as the saying goes: "The proof of the pudding is in the eating!" After the short theoretical part, you can also try your hand at a trial round - the so-called "shooting-in". But don't worry: our experienced trainers are always ready to help you and your team.
As soon as the entire field of participants has familiarized themselves with the bow and arrow, the really exciting part of the team building event can begin: The individual teams now get to put what they have learned to the test in four different rounds. In order to collect as many points as possible, more than just general marksmanship is required. Clever tactics and effective communication are also fundamental to the team's success.
After the end of the atmospheric final - our balloon shoot-out - the big award ceremony follows. Which team has demonstrated both marksmanship and successful teamwork? Only a combination of both aspects is enough for first place in our archery competition. Which team secures the Robin Hood crown?

How does archery work?
After the welcome and a technical briefing on the archery equipment, the participants experience an entertaining team competition with four different rounds. It remains exciting right to the end.
Do we act alone or as a team?
Although archery is traditionally an individual sport, you and your colleagues work together in groups. This increases the fun and creates excitement and unique collective experiences.
Which bows do we shoot with?
We work with special longbows as part of our archery team events. These have a draw weight of 20 lbs, which corresponds to approximately 9 kg.
How long does the team event with bow and arrow last?
Archery with four different rounds usually takes 1.5 hours.
What do we do in bad weather?
The shooting area is covered by pavilion tents for all teams, so you are always in the dry.
Where can archery take place?
We organize the communicative team-building event at your desired destination, e.g. at the conference hotel or on your company premises. We check in advance whether the format can be safely organized there. Please feel free to contact us.
Is there a prize for the winning team?
We are happy to bring a gift for the winners of the team challenge, e.g. a magnum bottle of sparkling wine with your company logo or medals for the most successful teams.
Can we also experience the event in English?
