teamio & NRW: A perfect match!
teamio took part in the tender for the implementation of team building measures by the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia - and won. The framework agreement concluded includes all of the Ministry's teambuilding events in the calendar years 2017 and 2018:
As part of the "Personnel Development Action Plan" catalog of measures, it was determined that the ministry's units should have the appropriate opportunities and resources to carry out targeted team-building measures. Based on the employees' wishes for better cohesion, networking and cooperation, the following needs were formulated: offers for newly formed groups, fundamental improvement of internal communication and cooperation as well as functional work organization and smooth interface management.
As experts in team building and team events, the Teamio Event GmbH team is delighted to be able to support the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia as an experienced partner. The decisive factor for the award of the contract was the professional conception of the team building measures, which well reflects the differentiated objectives of the individual departments.
