This online event will make your employees rejoice even before the official start - as soon as the parcel carrier hands over our lovingly packed Christmas boxes filled with fresh gingerbread, ingredients for icing and other Christmas treats.

On the day of the team event, the laptop is then placed in the kitchen and the joint virtual team event can begin. The creative and secret master bakers quickly stand out and amaze their colleagues. But the presentation of the fragrant works of art made from gingerbread always has a surprise or two in store.

Course of the event: Christmas baking online

  • This online event starts even before the start of the joint video conference (e.g. via Zoom, Microsoft Team or Google Meet). It actually starts as soon as our lovingly put together Xmas parcels reach the recipients, because from then on everyone will already be smelling of fresh gingerbread. The boxes are filled with delicious gingerbread from our favorite local bakery around the corner, a variety of materials for decorating the houses such as sprinkles, food coloring, sugar pearls, etc., as well as all the other ingredients needed for a real gingerbread house.   • Before the virtual team event can officially begin, the Advent wreath just needs to be moved to make room for building... After an atmospheric welcome from the moderator, the participants start designing and creating the gingerbread house. Should it really be the new company headquarters? Or the stadium of your favorite club? We humorously accompany the hustle and bustle in the kitchens at home and leave nothing uncommented. A look into the bakery, where the gingerbread is made by hand, is just as much a part of the show as the presentation of the delicious mulled wine from the vintners. In addition to lots of mischief, we also mix the perfect icing together and share our dangerous half-knowledge about the statics of gingerbread house construction.

  • There are no limits to the design and creativity - the main thing is that the house is ready for the big presentation of the culinary works of art. The aim is to present your gingerbread house to your colleagues and to show any construction errors and messes as intentional. Laughs guaranteed! And finally it's time to eat.   • Do we have to bake from home?

    No, the gingerbread is baked in advance of the online team event by our favorite bakery in Essen. The oven stays off in the home office.

  • What is included in the Xmas packages?

    Our Xmas packages include everything you need for this unique online Christmas party: including fresh gingerbread from a local bakery, powdered sugar for the icing, chocolate icing and many other treats. A bottle of real mulled wine and a Santa hat round off the package.

  • When are the Xmas parcels sent?

    We will send the Xmas packages for this virtual Christmas party to participants well in advance. As a rule, we send the parcels to recipients within Germany 7 days before your event. We send Xmas parcels to other destinations even earlier.

  • Can you also send parcels abroad?

    Yes, we ship our Xmas parcels worldwide. Please note the standard delivery times of the shipping service providers and any customs charges (outside the EU).

  • Which software can we use to take part in the online team event?

    We can map the remote team event with all common platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Google Meet, GoToMeeting and BigBlueButton.

  • Can the online team event also be held in English?
