Crunch, crunch, crunch... The smell of freshly baked gingerbread is already in the air when we welcome you and your employees to our Christmas bakery. Divided into small teams, the first task is to build a creative gingerbread house.

All groups have access to large gingerbread plates, sweets for decorating and various tools. As part of a small team task, the teams also have the opportunity to earn additional treats or the much-needed icing. The grand finale is another highlight: All teams present their works of art to their dear colleagues and have to face the critical eye of the jury... Will it be enough for a place on the podium?

Course of the event: Christmas baking

...between the flour and the milk, some people make a huge mess." But wait! Who wants to make a fool of themselves in front of their colleagues? To avoid this for everyone in your Christmas bakery, we have the gingerbread baked in advance by our in-house bakery in Essen.
You and your colleagues will then create marvels from the large gingerbread slabs (60 x 40 cm). No matter whether you are planning the new company headquarters, recreating the Westfalenstadion or simply building a delicious gingerbread house - the main thing is that it tastes good.
We bring all kinds of treats to decorate the gingerbread works of art: Powdered sugar, colorful sprinkles, Smarties, dominoes, wine gums, food coloring and, of course, chocolate icing. Some of the sweet basic equipment is available to the teams right from the start, while the rest has to be earned. For example, as part of our Christmas scent guessing game.
Shakespeare also knew: "Once the fox has got his nose in, he soon knows how to get his body in." In our case, the nose is all you need. The more Christmas spices your group can smell correctly, the more additional ingredients you can choose.
The grand finale of this entertaining Christmas party is the presentation of the gingerbread houses. All teams present their elaborate gingerbread constructions to their colleagues in all their glory. Often the atmospheric highlight - and all without an evil witch.
A short evaluation with the help of evaluation forms, which all teams fill out, then concludes the Christmas bakery. And all that remains for us to say is: "The prize for the best gingerbread house presentation goes to Team Naschkatzen!"
