Quiz show for companies as a corporate team event

Team building = added value? teamio says "Yes, 100%"

Team building measures can initiate tangible added value

In the area of personnel development, targeted team events are increasingly being used to improve the factors of collaboration, communication and cooperation. Clearly defined goals that reflect the specific current situation in a positive way are crucial to the success of such events. The prerequisite for this, however, is that the current status is recognized and honestly analyzed. Only then can concepts take effect and targeted impetus be given to improve teamwork in the long term.

Strengthening team spirit through team building events

There are basically three predominant types of team training: theoretical team building, the practical-theoretical approach and the experience-oriented method. The first variant deals with group dynamic processes in theory, in which a trainer develops strategies together with the team. The hybrid variant combines the theoretical input of the specialist with experience-oriented tasks in which the group has the opportunity to directly apply the knowledge they have just acquired. The third variant integrates the theoretical part directly into tasks. The participants work independently under the guidance of the coach to draw appropriate conclusions in the form of impulses and instructions for everyday professional life. Follow-up events allow the success of such team-building events to be monitored and manifested in the long term.

In the recent past, there has been a trend towards experience-oriented team building, which employees themselves have described as added value in evaluations. teamio Event GmbH offers its customers a variety of possible teambuilding formats, from joint raft building and geocaching in small teams to team challenges, a course of different team tasks. We would be happy to advise you personally on your next team event.
