Hunting for the balls with a golf club

Our Christmas golf tournament is entertaining fun for everyone: we integrate our mobile golf course into the hotel, your offices or the event location of your choice and set up a varied course. For example, golf can be played in the dark, in elevators, in the lobby or in the underground parking garage. The highlight: all participants receive a mini Christmas tree at the start, the tree decorations must then be earned at the various stations... As part of the award ceremony, we also select the best team and can (hopefully) marvel at the magnificently decorated trees.

Course of the event: Christmas golf tournament

  • Why not set up your own golf club with your colleagues? After all, your company's big Christmas tournament is just around the corner. We've got something for you... teamio plants a tree for every company event. But we don't always take our motto "one tree - one event" quite literally when it comes to Christmas golf. When we welcome you to this indoor team event during the Christmas season, the trees are already on the tables. Each player has their own Christmas tree - to be precise, a potted sugar loaf spruce measuring around 35 cm. Of course, the tree is still unhung and the aim of this team event is to decorate it magnificently with Christmas baubles. The star for the top is also a must.

  • The golf clubs are quickly set up and the rules quickly explained. A quick club and ball lesson and the groups are already out on the course. We have already developed, tested and set up the course for you in advance. A challenge awaits you in the boss's office; from his desk, you have to play the ball into a wastepaper basket. Not so easy, as touching furniture and fixtures counts as a penalty shot.

  • It gets dark when we completely darken a conference room, with only the glow of candles giving a hint of the course. And then you play the station with glowing golf balls - so-called night golf balls. A long corridor, for example, can serve as a driving range, which we then play with ultrasoft balls. Can you manage to hit an albatross? Oh, no need for the animal protection society. Terms such as hitting an albatross or an eagle only mean that you are better than the course handicap (par). Because, as with classic golf, the fewer strokes, the better. And with our Christmas golf, the more balls there are. Our guides, who act as caddies, lead the groups through the course, explain the challenges and, of course, fill in the scorecards.

  • At the end, all the teams come together, admire each other's - hopefully magnificently decorated - trees and find out the results: The most successful golf club in your company is... Good to know: All participants can of course take the decorated trees home with them.
