Event management apprenticeship advert with a colourful, creative background

Event management apprenticeship (all genders)

We’re looking for new event management apprentices to start on 1 August 2027.

We live and breathe team events. Do you?

We’re a young agency in the heart of the Ruhr region, with a start-up feel and a team like no other, delighting the best companies in the world.

Our team events range from indoor classics such as exclusive Casino Nights and entertaining Quiz Shows to raft-building team activities that make a splash, right through to action-packed iPad Rallye events through Europe’s most exciting cities. With our online team events, we even reach people around the globe from our studios in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia.

We’re proud that so many great companies love what we do: start-ups, medium-sized businesses, global market leaders and DAX-listed companies. Our clients are a diverse bunch with high standards and specialist expertise – just like us. Come and join us!

Event managers design and organise events and make sure they run smoothly. They calculate costs and handle all the business administration involved in planning, delivering and following up on a wide range of events.

If you will be 18 or over by the summer and have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, we’d love to receive your application by email at: ausbildung@teamio.de. Video applications are welcome too! Your contact person is Amit Lal. We’re already looking forward to meeting you!
